Microsoft buys ad exchange

Microsoft acquired the small online ad exchange AdECN, 30-person company that links buyers and sellers of online advertising space. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the New York Post cited sources placing the acquisition price at between $50 million and $100 million.
