Column: Home-based agents consider when to say "when"

Columnist Michael Browne says that as the economic climate has been difficult, retaining existing clients is increasingly important, particularly for home-based agents. However, that can lead to questions about how far an agent is willing to go to keep their clients happy or attract new business. "Home-based agents in particular run relationship-based businesses with their clients, so it's a delicate situation knowing when to say 'when,'" Browne writes.
