When the startups come marching in

Four years after Hurricane Katrina, the city of New Orleans is a hotbed of entrepreneurial activity as new businesses rush in to take advantage of lucrative incentives. The city now plays home to hundreds of startups, including several tech firms headquartered in a newly renovated office complex known as the Intellectual Property. These new businesses have created thousands of jobs in the past year and helped streamline the city's famously cliquish business culture.
