Ask.com seeks to provide answers, not links

In a move intended to differentiate it from other search engines, Ask.com is testing a way to let users answer questions submitted by others. Ask.com thinks the "Ask the Community" feature will enable it to go beyond providing related links to people's queries and answer more of them.
