Duncan meets with civil rights groups critical of education policies

Education Secretary Arne Duncan met with leaders of civil rights groups who are questioning the Obama administration's education policies. The groups released a report Monday criticizing policy initiatives, including school-turnaround strategies and the federal Race to the Top grant competition. Eight groups -- including the NAACP -- signed on to the report, though none represent the Hispanic community.
