FIFA fumbles on pledge to build South African soccer centers

Despite the international attention that South Africa received as the host of the 2010 World Cup, FIFA has fallen behind on its pledge to build soccer facilities in South Africa this year. Progress is slow on FIFA's 20 Centers for 2010 campaign, a commitment to build 20 combined-use facilities, each of which include a soccer field, health center and educational center.
