Health reform gives nursing moms a break to pump milk at work

A provision in the health reform law requires employers to provide lactating mothers on their staff with a private space and a "reasonable break time" to pump breast milk. While the provision covers only mothers who are paid on an hourly basis, some states have opted to include salaried mothers.
