More grocers tell all about nutritional values in food

Stores including Kroger and Safeway are offering nutritional advice to customers through scoring systems or with registered dietitians. The NuVal system ranks foods based on their nutritional values, and Wal-Mart is set to launch a nutrition program this summer. Hy-Vee, Kroger and Wegmans have hired RDs to help customers make food choices.
