Venezuela raises Colombia dispute at UN

Venezuela's ambassador the United Nations delivered a letter to Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Monday explaining his country's decision to sever ties with neighboring Colombia. Venezuela charges Colombian authorities with failing to prevent domestic disputes from spilling over the border. Colombian authorities have accused Venezuela of providing refuge to members of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia, or FARC.
