Employers take advantage of low-skilled immigrants

Illegal immigrants who have phony Social Security cards are paying taxes and contributing to Social Security while those getting paid in cash as general contractors do not pay income taxes or contribute to Social Security. Congress should pass immigration reform that keeps employers from taking advantage of low-skilled laborers and forces them to pay their fair share of taxes and Social Security contributions.
