California rail station aims for platinum rating

A $180 million rail station planned for Anaheim, Calif., is modeled after traditional rail stations in major cities but is designed to achieve LEED platinum certification. The building's shell will consist of an expandable EFTE membrane that will control natural light, and the station will also include photovoltaics and water heating cells.
