House approves $4B for transportation, including high-speed rail

The House has passed a housing and infrastructure bill that includes $4 billion for transportation projects. The bill allocates $2 billion for high-speed rail and the remaining $2 billion to a national infrastructure bank. The $2 billion for high-speed rail is in addition to the $8 billion in stimulus funds set aside for high-speed rail.
