Schwarzenegger asks business to spread anti-tax message

As he prepared to face this day, when he will sign a much-debated budget for financially beleaguered California, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger asked business leaders last week to help spread the anti-tax message. John Kabateck, NFIB/California, summarized the governor's theme this way: "Now, more than ever, it's important to get your message out." Groups began running ads immediately encouraging public support for legislators who "live within our means."
