Hotels might be making big cutbacks, but a guest satisfaction survey indicates they're scoring higher points with customers. According to the 2009 J.D. Power and Associates North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction survey, satisfaction results were higher in four of six hotel segments, ranging from upscale to midscale limited service, compared with 2008. And brands ranking the highest included Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Embassy Suites Hotels and Hilton Garden Inn.
