Time for Apple to get serious about Steve 2.0

Now that Steve Jobs is back at the helm at Apple, investors have again begun to wonder if the company has a succession plan in place for his eventual departure from the firm. Apple can either follow Intel's lead and promote a career executive from within or go the Microsoft route and groom a replacement for the position over the long term, according to this analysis.
