D.C. caterer introduces "occasional" raw-food restaurant

Elizabeth Petty's catering career spans more than two decades of serving gourmet dishes at Washington, D.C., parties. A bout with breast cancer last year spurred Petty to adopt a raw-food diet, which she's now bringing to the public at an "occasional" raw-food restaurant. The first dinner at Elizabeth's Gone Raw featured creamy coconut soup, radish salad and a glossy chocolate ganache tart.
