Girl, 12, leads fight to supply pet oxygen masks

Monica Plumb of Powhatan, Va., was so moved after seeing a story about a dog that was saved from a fire with a specially designed oxygen mask that she had to act. Two years later, the 12-year-old has led a fundraising effort that has supplied the masks to 300 fire departments from Maine to Alaska.
