MGM Resorts to sell Atlantic City land

MGM Resorts International is in a deal to sell the land under its Borgata resort in Atlantic City, N.J., for about $73 million. The land, totaling about 11.3 acres, is being sold to Vornado Realty Trust and Geyser Holdings. The deal follows MGM's agreement to exit New Jersey after state regulators opposed its partnership with Pansy Ho in a separate venture in Macau.
