Natural gas groups challenge Senate's energy bill:

The hydraulic-fracturing provision under the Senate's energy bill drew criticism from gas groups including America's Natural Gas Alliance and Energy In Depth. The measure could lead to a "series of legal responsibilities" that could pose difficulties for site operators and service companies, said Lee Fuller, executive director of Energy In Depth. ANGA, meanwhile, said it believes that regulating hydraulic fracturing "is best addressed at the state level."
