Obama: Congress should pass a bill to help small businesses get loans

President Barack Obama called on Democrats and Republicans in Congress to set aside their differences and swiftly approve legislation to grant tax breaks and loans to small businesses. "Small businesses are the backbone of our economy," Obama said. "They are central to our identity as a nation. They are going to lead this recovery."
