Sri Lanka to study teacher distribution

Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa says his government will scrutinise why some schools have trouble finding teachers. Rajapaksa said teachers now conspire with politicians to get recruited to their pick of schools. The results of the study will be used to send teachers to schools that have the greatest need, he added.
