5 ways to make a workforce more diverse, inclusive

Companies can improve inclusion in the workplace by making sure there is a diverse selection of job candidates, educating employees about how to improve their behavior and ensuring that leaders mentor diverse groups of workers, writes Douglas Conant, former CEO of Campbell Soup. "I believe that when a CEO visibly stands for openness, diversity, and inclusion, it sends an essential message to the organization," Conant writes.
