Greece won't get second haircut, Germany's Schaeuble says

German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble told German newspaper Bild am Sonntag that a much-discussed second haircut for Greek debt isn't going to happen. "One thing is clear: There will be no second debt haircut for Athens," he said. The eurozone will provide help as long as Greece fulfills obligations to narrow its budget deficit, he said.
