Schools in India go digital

Digital education appears to be taking off in India's private and public schools, according to a recent survey showing that schools increasingly are adopting such things as virtual classrooms, e-lectures, Web conferencing and online courses. The goal, in many cases, is to make classroom lessons more interactive. Still, in some instances, the high-tech approach is not as preferable to some as traditional communication, one educator said.
