Senate panel will question regulators about Dodd-Frank implementation

Gary Gensler and Mary Jo White, heads of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission, respectively, are scheduled to appear Tuesday before the Senate banking committee. The regulatory officials are expected to be grilled about the reason only 40% of the Dodd-Frank Act has been implemented, despite it being 3 years old.
