Chicago steps up push to enroll students in tutoring programs

Chicago Public Schools are launching a campaign to promote free tutoring programs made available by the federal government under the No Child Left Behind Act. The district was criticized last year for the way in which it handled the program, and now is determined to increase participation rates.
