Some British teachers call for YouTube ban

Some British educators want YouTube to be shut down and investigated for allegedly refusing to remove student videos that threaten teachers or encourage student violence. Members of the Professional Association of Teachers say the site promotes cyber-bullying by letting these postings be viewed.
