Sam's Club gets its own geeks

Sam's Club is joining the ranks of stores that offer tech support with its partnership with PC-repair-services company Geeks on Call. The technicians will work with 20 Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., stores on a pilot basis. The service is similar to Best Buy's Geek Squad, but the Geeks on Call technicians are just that -- on call -- not in the store.
