Army Corps investigates groundwater at California dam

The Army Corps of Engineers called in a team of experts to inspect Warm Springs Dam in Sonoma County, Calif. The water level in a monitoring well unexpectedly rose 14 feet in a week, but it's groundwater and not seepage from the dam. According to Lt. Col. Laurence Farrell, the water could be from an underground spring or other source.
