Report: Upfront deals are close to finished

TV's slow-to-start upfront selling season may be wrapped up in the next two weeks, according to this report. One major buying firm is said to have completed its deals already, and, in general, it's believed that cable and broadcast networks are giving away CPM discounts in the low single- to high single-digit ranges when compared with last year's prices.
