Facebook on Wednesday rolled out "Questions," a Q-and-A service designed to let users tap into the collective wisdom of the site's 500 million users. The big question is whether the tool will be able to provide high-quality answers like those found on rival service Quora, or will turn into a less high-brow crowd-pleaser like Yahoo! Answers, Jason Kincaid asks. "Still, even if the quality isn't quite up to par, the massive built-in userbase means Facebook Questions will be a success regardless," Kincaid notes.
