HHS allots $51M for health insurance exchange development

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius on Thursday announced $51 million in grants to assist states in creating exchanges designed to allow consumers to compare and buy health insurance plans over the Internet. "We are working hand-in-hand with states as we carefully implement the exchanges to make sure they best meet people's health insurance needs," Sebelius said.
