NFIB backs Schwarzenegger veto of overtime bill for farm workers

NFIB supports California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger in his veto of a measure that would have brought farm workers in line with overtime payments for other hourly workers in the state. NFIB's John Kabateck says the bill would have hampered the overtime flexibility needed to operate a farm and would have "imposed a new burden on California farmers at a time when they can least afford them."
