Parties court small-business support ahead of November elections

Republicans and Democrats are clamoring to appeal to small-business owners ahead of the November congressional elections. As Democrats struggle to get the small-business bill passed, Republicans say it doesn't go far enough to help small businesses and criticize other legislation they say will raise costs for small businesses. "I don't think any small business should see their taxes go up right now," said NFIB's Bill Rys.
