Pregnancy diet may not affect child's risk of wheezing

A study found no difference in a child's risk of wheezing among mothers who had a healthy Mediterranean-style diet during pregnancy and those who followed a less healthful Western-style diet. The researchers said future studies should look at specific nutrients during pregnancy and children's wheezing and asthma risk.
