Survey finds many Americans are confused about health reform

A survey of more than 2,100 U.S. adults showed that many remain uncertain about what the recently enacted health care reform law contains. Experts say much of the problem lies in the fact that the country's health care system is "fiendishly complicated" and that many of the benefits from the reforms won't take effect until 2014.
