Women spend more time and money online than men

Women go online in slightly smaller numbers than men but, once there, they spend more time on the Web and do the majority of online shopping, according to a report from comScore. Women also spend more time on social networking sites than do men, citing keeping in touch with others as a main reason for the visits.
