American Airlines moves forward with union negotiations

American Airlines said it has reached tentative contract deals with two union work groups. The carrier did not release details about the agreements. "These tentative agreements provide our simulator technicians and ground school and simulator pilot instructors with market-based compensation, including structural increases, and enhancements to other contract items such as vacation and holidays," said Missy Cousino, a spokeswoman for the airline.
