$1.2B transmission project in N.M. awaits feds' decision

A proposal by SunZia to build a $1.2 billion transmission line in New Mexico could be shelved if the Bureau of Land Management won't approve the application for its intended route. Federal agencies are concerned about the line's potential effect on White Sands Missile Range.
