2 Russians accused of hacking 800,000 bank accounts

In an international fraud scheme revealed last week in federal indictments, not only were more than 160 million debit and credit cards compromised, but thieves also hit 800,000 bank accounts, many of them at Citibank and PNC Bank, authorities say. Two Russians are being charged with hacking into accounts to steal personal information that they used to withdraw money from ATMs.
