Bennigan's mounts comeback with renewed company focus

Bennigan's CEO Paul Mangiamele said he is working to foster the brand's comeback by focusing on proven markets, international and domestic expansion, a new menu and nontraditional franchise locations including universities and airports. By the end of this year, the 37-year-old restaurant chain will have 85 international and domestic restaurants with 35 additional locations on the way. "The plan is to grow, but not grow for growth's sake," he said.
