Boeing's Insitu to launch first commercial UAV

The first commercial unmanned aircraft system will launch, likely in the Arctic, after the Federal Aviation Administration's certification of the ScanEagle, an unmanned aircraft flown by Boeing subsidiary Insitu. The aircraft received a restricted-category type certification, which allows the plane to be flown commercially for surveillance.
