Deep Rock Tunnel project in Indianapolis nears halfway mark

Work on Indianapolis' Deep Rock Tunnel Connector is nearly halfway finished and expected to be completed one year ahead of schedule, according to Citizens Energy Group. The massive system, which includes five underground tunnels, is designed to store 250 million gallons of raw sewage and help reduce overflows during rains.
