FAA: San Fran requires GPS for overseas airlines

Pilots for foreign airlines don't have the expertise needed to guide planes into San Francisco International Airport manually, the Federal Aviation Administration says, and should rely instead on GPS to land. The new guidance comes in the wake of the Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crash early this month.
