How interns can nab a job offer

Summer interns who want to be offered a full-time job should make their desires known to the employer and be willing to accept a less-than-perfect offer, says Yair Reimer, vice president of marketing for the CareerArc Group. "If there's a chance that you can change departments or cross train, I'd say you should seize the opportunity and go for it," he says.
