Insitu to launch first commercial drone

The first commercial unmanned aircraft system will launch, likely in the Arctic, following the Federal Aviation Administration's certification of the ScanEagle, a drone flown by Boeing subsidiary Insitu. The unmanned aircraft received a restricted-category type certification, which allows the plane to be flown commercially for surveillance.
