A pilot's love affair with powered parachutes

Pilot Reggie Toler was introduced to ultralight aircraft at the AirVenture show in 2000. "I saw them flying and told my friend, 'That sure looks like fun and it’s got to be safe because of that big parachute,' " Toler said. He now owns three powered-parachute aircraft and has become certified as a flight instructor for powered parachutes.
