Report: Innerwear sales slow

Growth in the innerwear market, which includes underwear, bras, sleepwear, robes and loungewear, has slowed to a 0.8% dollar increase and 0.1% decrease in unit sales for the year ending May 2013, according to a report from NPD Group. The report revealed that the slow growth was due in part to a lack of innovation in the industry and lower inventory demand from retailers.
