Is Square Market catching on with small businesses?

Square Market, a recently launched e-commerce platform for small businesses, has already racked up tens of thousands of product listings. So far, some merchants have mixed views on joining. For example, Pixil 3D, a custom manufacturing business based in Florida, created a Square Market account to supplement sales efforts on other channels such as Etsy and ScoutMob. More exposure is the goal, but a drawback of Square Market is that it does not allow the customer interaction owners say they need.
