State universities in Pa. see administrative growth

Administrative hiring has grown by 23% at Pennsylvania's 14 state-owned universities, while faculty hiring has grown by 5%. System officials say enrollment growth has sparked the need for more workers in admissions, student life and financial aid. However, the disparity has raised concerns from faculty and some members of the Board of Governors, which oversees the schools.
